Group workouts consist of skill training-covering fundamentals, ball-handling, and shooting. Each session is 1 Hour. Athletes are welcome to stay for 2 hours, please be aware this counts as 2 group workouts.
Available workouts can be found on our Upcoming Events page. The page is updated weekly. Money will be due in full before the first group workout.You CAN use towards ball handling/shooting clinic. To keep track of your workouts we have punchcards available.
